Racing Career.

 

2021

In 2021, Tom competed in selected rounds of the FIA World Endurance Championship in a Ligier LMP2 race car. Tom also competed in the FIA Master Endurace Championship in a Porsche 997 RSR, gaining 4 pole positions and 3 class wins. To top off an eventful season, Tom also managed to race a Oreca Dodge Viper GT3 car, getting a Pole in class and 2 class wins.

2020.

In 2020, the opportunity arose for Tom to drive for the Porsche brand in a new UK based championship Porsche Sprint Challenge GB in the brand new Porsche 718 Cayman GT4. From the outset Tom was in contention for the lead gaining 4 wins, 8 podiums, 2 pole positions and 4 fastest laps throughout the year. Tom finally finished the championship year in second place after some unfortunate mechanical issues. But a great season none the less.

2019.

In 2019 With Tom showing strong performances in 2018, he was offered a great opportunity to race for McLaren in their 570s GT4 race car for the 2019 season. The championship that was chosen to compete in was the British GT Championship, the UK’s largest and most competitive GT racing championship. With the likes of Audi, Lamborghini, Mercedes, Aston Martin, Bentley and many more manufactures entering this championship, the level of competition and close battles provide a great spectacle for spectators and sponsors. In the season Tom and his team mate secured a podium and consistent running in the top 5 to demonstrate their racing skill.

2018.

In 2018, Tom decided to carry on with the GT route and competed in the last 2 rounds of the Porsche Carrera Cup GB championship. Being put straight into the pro class, and soon finding himself leading the race at Brands Hatch GP.

2017.

In 2017, Tom decided to look at the potential of racing GT sportcars. Tom drove a GT race car for the first time at Le Mans. In the Road to Le Mans races, in support the 24 hours of Le Mans. Tom drove the Aston Martin V12 Vantage GT3 car. On Toms first time driving both a GT race car and driving round the Le Mans Circuit Tom won both of his races. Later in the year, Tom returned to drive the Aston Martin GT3 car - this time in Abu Dhabi. Tom competed In the gulf 12 hours race around the F1 Yas Marina circuit, finishing 2nd in class.

2016.

2016 saw Tom racing in Europe, in the European Le Mans series in the LMP3 class. The most competitive and high profile European endurance championship. It gave Tom his first taste of endurance racing and with this success, was asked by top LMP2 racing team JOTA Sport to complete the World Endurance Championship young driver test in Bahrain.

2015/2014.

In 2014, Tom made the switch to single seater racing in the BRDC F4 championship. It was a learning year, leading up to a championship bid the next year. 2015, Tom from the start was in contention for the championship. After a year of wins, podiums, fastest laps Tom managed to finish 3rd in the Championship..

2013/2012.

In 2012 at the age of 15 Tom made the jump into racing cars. He successfully competed in the Ginetta Junior championship for two seasons (2012/2013) with numerous podium finishes, fastest race laps and front row qualifying positions.
